Hogathon 2022

Hogathon is a food eating computation held on June 11 from 1 to 3pm in lawn area New Horizon college of Engineering.

It’s a fun competitive event to gather crowd and to cheer them for the main event Revelation.

The event was a success. We got around 50 registration .The event has 2 rounds. In 1st round have 2 sets where 25 people in each set are participated in which 5 are taken out for next round, where the participants needed to complete 3 Samoa, a pack of biscuits and a 500ml water bottle. In 2nd round 10 people, each needed to finish a plate of veg biryani and where the final winner and runner up were taken. After completion of food, participants need to ring a bell kept around 50m form the table in every round .The prize money was 3000 for winner ,2000 for runner up and 1000 for 3rd place winner.

The event was well organized by all the team members and volunteers. The venue was in the college center were the crowd was huge to handle. All the participants are scattered here and there in crowd before the event hence the teammates called the missing participants individually for assembling in an order. All the responsibilities are divided among the teammates and volunteers like serving the food, monitoring the participants and handling the crowd.
