New Horizon College of Engineering Alumni Association organized the first Alumni Entrepreneurs Meet on 26th March 2022 at NHCE Campus, the event focused on the advancement of venture creation, innovation, mentorship, and social progress. The goal of this event was to bring investors, alumni, business leaders, and entrepreneurs together for a forum to discuss investment opportunities, possibilities, projects, and business ideas. Speakers from the business world, entrepreneurial experts, and prominent academics has shared their ideas and inspired others with similar goals.

The Alumni started arriving in college by 5 PM and they were received by the registration team. The Alumni Entrepreneurs Meet started at 5.30 PM by welcoming all the dignitaries by Dr. Sowmya Narayanan, Head – Centre for Life skills and Lifelong Learning. The event got off to a great start with invocation dance by the students, following which the lighting of lamp was done by the dignitaries and Alumni Association Committee members.

The guest of honor Mr. Pavan Sharma, Charted Accountant – BCL India, Founder of Complii Systems Pvt Ltd and Mr. Anantha Krishna, Sr. Manager, Wipro Technologies and Mr. Ganesan from Bosch were welcomed by the Committee members. Small video on UDAAN was played; UDAAN is a mega entrepreneurship event, which is one of the biggest launch pad of startups from our campus as advocating creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, it also signifies support to the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan, the self-reliant India campaign.

The guests were addressed the gathering & spoke about Entrepreneurship & Risk Management, which was followed by business presentation by Alumni Entrepreneurs.
