Prelims Submission Checklist (Online Scrutiny)
Your submission will be evaluated based on Innovation, Technical Approach, Feasibility, Social Impact, and Research.
- Deadline: 12th April 2026
- Platform: Submit online via link shared on Team Lead email ID
1. PowerPoint Presentation (PPT)
- Title Slide: Project name, Team name, Team ID, Team Lead, College Name, Problem ID, Members, Mentor Name.
- Proposed Solution: Innovation and uniqueness of the solution, Depth of the Detailed explanation of the proposed solution, Effectiveness of addressing the problem.
- Tech Approach: Methodology, Process for implementation, Technologies to be used.
- Feasibility: Feasibility analysis, Potential challenges, Strategies to overcome challenges.
- Impact on society: Clear demonstration of the potential benefits and positive impact of the solution on society and SDGs.
- Research and References: Links / Details of the reference and research work (Quality of datasets, APIs, and literature cited) .

2. Video Submission
- Length: Usually 2–3 minutes.
- Content:
- Brief intro of team and project.
- Problem and solution explained clearly
- Demo or walkthrough of your prototype(if any)
- Highlight innovation and impact
- Format: MP4 (below 100MB).
- Tone: Clear, confident, and engaging.

Experts will evaluate submitted ideas, and teams that are chosen will receive a confirmation email by April 30, 2026, inviting them to develop and present their ideas at the final event.

- Do not disclose your personal details like Mobile No., E-mail ID etc. in PPT and Video
- A team will be selected for one Problem Statement only.
- The jury's decision will be final, regarding the selection of teams for the final round.
