The purpose of the visit to Aluva Industry was to gain insight into the company’s operations, production processes.
During the visit to Aluva Industry, we had the opportunity to explore various aspects of the company’s operations. The visit included the following key observations:Introduction to Aluva Industry: We were greeted by the company’s representative, who provided an overview of the company’s history, mission, and products. This introduction helped set the context for our visit.The visit to Aluva Industry was informative and insightful. The company’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and employee well-being was evident throughout the tour. We appreciate the time and effort invested by the company’s team to make this visit a valuable experience.

“THE HERCULES” is a weightlifting competition held by NHCE Fitness
club on 24th April, 2023. The weightlifting competition held on 24th April, 2023 was a thrilling display of strength, skill, and sportsmanship. Athlete showcased their
talents, setting new personal records and achieving remarkable results. The event’s organization and adherence to the established rules contributed to its success. The competition not only provided a
platform for athletes to excel but also fostered a sense of community and mutual respect among participants and spectators.

SLOW CYCLING

SLOW CYCLING

We from the fitness club have collaborated with Leo club to do the event “SLOW CYCLING”. This event was an interesting and fun event where in the participants are supposed to ride the cycle in the given track arranged by the club members. The participants who ride the cycle for longer time without putting his/her leg on the ground, wins.

The Fitness club of the New Horizon College of Engineering conducted an online webinar  admist COVID – 19 to educate students on the importance of physical activities and diet .

The online webinar  was conducted by certified clinical advanced Nutrition expert  Mr. Rethish Nair with over 80 enthusiastic students from NHCE participating.

The event was diligently organised with a vibrant, contagious and exuberant atmosphere.

Attending the event, students were inspired to stay fit and healthy.
