Report on “Quizicals-24”

The Music Club’s event, Quizicals, held on May 9th in the VC Room, was a
resounding success, drawing around 30 teams of two participants each. This
quiz competition was meticulously designed to test participants’ knowledge
across various music genres and eras, providing an engaging and educational
experience. The event featured multiple rounds, including general music
knowledge, audio identification, visual challenges, and a rapid-fire segment,
each crafted to challenge and entertain.

In Round 1, participants guessed songs based on audio clips, testing their auditory recognition skills. Round 2 shifted gears with a musical Pictionary, where teams had to identify songs from the given pictures. Round 3 brought in the excitement of Dumb Charades, with participants acting out song titles or for their partners to guess. Thus making it an interactive and immersive experience, significantly enhancing the competitive atmosphere. Real-time score updates and themed stages further added to the excitement.

Participants enjoyed and praised the event for its diverse range of questions and the collaborative spirit it fostered. Overall, Quizicals was a highlight for the Music Club, demonstrating the successful integration of technology and creativity in delivering a memorable event!
