Leo Club had planned to do coordinate with any NGO and visit the Government Schools to help them with the basic necessary for competitive learning.

SevaUtsav a mega service activity programme for the distribution of Laptops, Sewing Machines and Water Filters etc to students of various Government Educational Institutions and needy women who can depend employ themselves for their living. The event was association with Bhumi India.

The members of Leo Club NHCE decided to coordinate with the Lions Club and make the event a success. Earlier the event held in one of the Government Schools but due to the current weather conditions and other logistical issues the venue of our service activity changed to the above mentioned building.  The Lions Club coordinator briefed the event venue, dress code and the sequence of the events in the meeting a day before. We planned accordingly and all members of Leo Club are divided into 2 in a group and assigned for coordination. The members of club started with the decorations, arrangement and management of the event where the many beneficiaries and donations from different Lion Clubs are represented by the respective Lion Club member were assembled. Leo Club organized them in the order and make a smooth move of the event. The groups were divided to make arrangements for decoration, welcoming the guests and back stage work. After the event members of Leo Club NHCE met the dignitaries of the Lions Club and discussed the new ideas for the upcoming events. The members received many ideas to raise fund and organise many services event. We got suggestion to conduct fun event in campus and do many awareness in college students about club activities and NGOs.
