Opening of the Ceremony
The event began with the invitation of dignitaries to the dais. The Outgoing President Leo Vishal Shetty then called the meeting formally to order. The invocation and lighting of the lamp set a respectful and hopeful tone. Members joined in with a flag salutation by Leo Srushti followed by a minute of silence dedicated to world peace.
Words of Reflection and Gratitude
The welcome address by the Leo Advisor – Lion Neha Bathija was thoughtful and brought everyone together. It was then followed by an inspirational message from the President of LCBH – Lion Rajani Manjunath. The outgoing officers took a moment to reflect on their term as the outgoing president shared a meaningful address. The Outgoing Secretary Leo Bharathi presented the annual report, while the Outgoing Treasurer Leo Thanvith presented the financial statement for the year.
Guidance and Inspiration
The introduction of the Chief Guest was done by Leo Priya. The address of the Chief Guest – Lion G Srinivas mjf , who was also the Inducting and Installing Officer, was both encouraging and motivating as it recalled the purpose and value of service.
Installation of New Officers
The atmosphere lightened when Leo pins were being distributed and officers had been officially inducted into their posts. The newly installed Leo President and Leo Secretary took their seats on the dais. Certificates were distributed to former Leos in appreciation of their contributions. The new President – Leo Afia gave an acceptance speech full of hope and determination for the upcoming term.
Closing Moments
The ceremony was closed with a vote of thanks by the Secretary – Leo Sarayu and everyone then stood for the national anthem. The Leos President adjourned the meeting.
