Main Purpose of Job : Assessment of teaching & non-teaching staff at different institutions by going through work diaries, Lesson plans & Worksheets etc.,

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Observation of teaching classes to be carried out as per the schedule
  2. Organising post discussion sessions
  3. One on one session to be organised if required
  4. Compilation of assessment sheets and statistical analysis of the data collected
  5. Preparing consolidated report
