The NSS Club<\/strong> successfully organized an awareness talk titled \u201cCycle of Care\u201d<\/strong>, focusing on menstrual hygiene and women\u2019s health<\/strong>. The event witnessed an overwhelming participation of more than 600+ girls<\/strong>, reflecting the importance and relevance of the topic among students.<\/p>\n

\"\"The session was conducted by the esteemed guest speaker, Dr. Arti Sharma<\/strong>, who began by explaining the basics of menstruation and provided a clear understanding of the different phases of the menstrual cycle. Her simple and interactive approach helped students gain deeper awareness about their bodies and the biological processes involved.<\/p>\n

She further emphasized the importance of maintaining proper menstrual hygiene and discussed various products available, with special focus on menstrual cups as a sustainable, cost-effective, and eco-friendly alternative. She also demonstrated and explained the correct techniques for using menstrual cups, addressing common concerns and hesitations among students.<\/p>\n

In addition, Dr. Sharma highlighted the significance of a healthy lifestyle, including proper nutrition, regular exercise, and stress management, in maintaining reproductive health. The session also covered several myths and misconceptions surrounding menstruation, encouraging students to break social taboos and adopt scientifically accurate knowledge.<\/p>\n
