The two-hour session trained students in critical CPR techniques\u2014an essential life-saving skill that can make the difference in emergencies.<\/p><h3>Expert Training<\/h3><p>The session was conducted by <strong>Dr. Vishal Sasidharan from Manipal Hospital<\/strong>, who shared professional medical expertise and real-world experience. Dr. Sasidharan provided detailed guidance and practical demonstrations of CPR for both adults and children.<\/p><h3>Skill Covered<\/h3><p>Participants received hands-on training in:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation):<\/strong> Correct chest compression techniques, rescue breathing steps, and response sequence during cardiac arrest.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>Hands-On Learning<\/h3><p>Students actively practiced CPR techniques on training mannequins, learning how to perform effective chest compressions and maintain proper rhythm and pressure. The session ensured that participants could respond with confidence during a cardiac emergency.<\/p><h3>Acknowledgments<\/h3><p>A <strong>token of appreciation<\/strong> was presented to <strong>Dr. Vishal Sasidharan<\/strong> by <strong>Ravi Sir<\/strong>, the Faculty Coordinator of the Leo Club, in recognition of his time and effort in conducting the session.<br \/>Special thanks to <strong>Imran Sir<\/strong>, whose coordination and support helped connect the club with the doctors at <strong>Manipal Hospital<\/strong>, making the session possible.<\/p><h3>Impact &amp; Takeaway<\/h3><p>This session reinforced Leo Club\u2019s mission to promote community readiness and safety.
