{"id":337,"date":"2021-03-22T09:23:53","date_gmt":"2021-03-22T03:53:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newhorizonindia.edu\/extra-curricular\/green\/?p=337"},"modified":"2021-03-22T09:27:41","modified_gmt":"2021-03-22T03:57:41","slug":"quizito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newhorizonindia.edu\/extra-curricular\/green\/2021\/03\/22\/quizito\/","title":{"rendered":"Quizito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>OBJECTIVE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Improve one\u2019s knowledge on the Environment and Indian Culture and also create awareness amongst the students about the environment damages and its shortfall through Environment Trivia Quiz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>EVENT DESCRIPTION:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Green Warriors Club conducted a GK MCQ Quiz on Environment Trivia questions using the open-source website named Kahoot. Each question is allotted 1000 points and is time-bound. Marks will be awarded based on how fast the participants pick the correct choice. Participants will enroll for the quiz via Google forms.<\/p>\n<p>The name of the event is \u201cQuizito\u201d, which was conducted on 5<sup>th<\/sup> December, 2020 at 4:00p.m.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The event will consist of 3 rounds:<\/p>\n<p><u>Round 1<\/u>&#8211; Pictorial Quiz: the participants have to answer based on the question with respect to the picture.<\/p>\n<p><u>Round 2<\/u>&#8211; Memory Round: A picture will be displayed for 1 minute and questions will be asked with respect to it.<\/p>\n<p><u>Round 3<\/u>&#8211; MCQ questions: It is the final round and will include harder questions based on Environment<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The rounds comprised a total of 60 MCQ questions. 76 students participated for the quiz across all branches, out of which 40 qualified to Round 2. The final Winner of the quiz is Ankita Tandon (1NH18CS023) who will be awarded a Book from the College Library.
