The event was conducted to express the importance of an individual’s body fitness and how Yoga can help maintain your body fitness as well as create a good state of mind.
- About the Event
The event was conducted on The International Yoga Day on 21st June, 2021 from 6:30 am to 8:30 am which emphasised on 108 asanas. It was conducted by Ms. Vaishnave Sunil, a Yoga instructor from ‘Namaste Yoga’. We had 28 participants for the event and it was conducted virtually through Google Meet. All the participants were instructed to turn ON their videos and perform the asanas along with the instructor and were allowed to take a break at their convenience.
