New Horizon College of Engineering successfully hosted SAGRAM 2025, a spectacular
national-level cultural fest held on 15th and 16th November 2025. This year’s edition
embraced the powerful theme “Operation Sindoor”, symbolizing courage, unity, valor, and
the spirit of rising together. The theme set the tone for two unforgettable days celebrating
creativity, talent, and cultural excellence.
SAGRAM 2025 brought together participants from institutions across the country,

A breathtaking showcase of synchronized artistry, Dance of India celebrated the diversity of Indian culture. Performers blended traditional roots with expressive storytelling, creating a visual spectacle of unity, rhythm, and emotion.

A stage where movement met meaning, this event featured dancers who expressed narratives through fluidity, technique, grace and originality—leaving the audience captivated.
– Street Dance Showdown

SARGAM PROMOTION FASHION SHOWCASE – A Fusion of Culture and Command

The Sargam Promotion Fashion Show, held on October 8, 2025, at the Outer Basketball Court, was executed with excellence by the Fashion Team, delivering a dynamic visual narrative through the powerful contrast of cultural and thematic styles.
The show opened with the Kerala Attire segment, where models showcased the elegance of traditional Kasavu wear, enhanced by meticulous styling, authentic draping, and attention to cultural detail—brilliantly capturing the grace and heritage of the region. This was followed by the Military Costume segment, featuring sharply tailored uniforms, disciplined posture, and precise styling, effectively portraying strength, authority, and uniformity.
Operationally, the team transformed the venue through a strategic runway layout, ensured smooth transitions with an efficient backstage quick-change system, and coordinated seamlessly with the lighting and music teams, resulting in a production that was both logistically smooth and creatively impactful. The showcase received strong audience appreciation for its versatility, execution, and thematic depth.
FASHION TEAM ON STAGE – Cultural Elegance Meets Innovation

The Fashion Team participated in SARGAM 2025 with a stunning presentation inspired by a Kerala theme, beautifully capturing the state’s rich cultural heritage. Their costumes reflected traditional Kerala aesthetics, featuring elements influenced by classical art, temple motifs, and the serene natural beauty of the region.
To enhance their performance, the team integrated LED lighting into the costumes, creating a striking blend of tradition and modern innovation. The illuminated designs added an impressive visual dimension on stage, making the presentation truly stand out and offering the audience a captivating mix of culture, creativity, and technology.
With elegant kasavu sarees, settu mundu, traditional mundu for men, and accessories inspired by Kerala’s rich heritage, the team brought authenticity and grace to the stage. Their concepts drew influence from Kerala’s iconic festivals like Onam, classical dance forms such as Mohiniyattam and Kathakali, and the serene charm of backwaters and temple architecture.
Every member—designers, stylists, makeup artists, and models—worked with dedication to ensure each outfit reflected the purity, simplicity, and timeless beauty of Kerala’s tradition. The choreography, paired with traditional instrumental music, elevated the cultural ambience, creating an immersive and emotionally engaging experience for the audience.
