New Horizon College of Engineering embraced the spirit of devotion and community on April 7, 2025, with a heartwarming celebration of Ram Navami. Commencing at 3:00 PM, students, faculty, and staff gathered at the campus open stage area, setting a collective tone for an afternoon dedicated to cultural and spiritual observance.
The program began with an insightful session at 3:05 PM, highlighting the significance of Ram Navami and deepening the understanding of this auspicious festival. This led gracefully into the core devotional segment at 3:10 PM, featuring a traditional Pooja and Aarathi offered to Lord Shri Ram, creating a serene and reverent atmosphere for all attendees.
Following the prayers, the air filled with melodious Bhajans starting around 3:20 PM. These devotional songs provided an uplifting experience, fostering a shared sense of participation and spiritual connection. The continued with a vibrant cultural program at 3:35 PM, featuring “Ram Katha,” an engaging narration that brought the timeless epic and teachings of Lord Ram to life for the audience
Concluding the event at 4:10 PM, the cherished tradition of Prasada distribution took place. Sharing the blessed food offered a wonderful sense of community and fellowship, bringing the afternoon’s activities to a fulfilling close.
