Brief Description<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The STEM Club of New Horizon College of Engineering successfully organized Breakout the Code, an engaging problem-solving event designed to test students’ logical reasoning, teamwork, and mathematical aptitude. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event featured multiple challenge stations, where participating teams were given 10 minutes at each station to solve puzzles and mathematical problems. Upon successfully completing a set of stations, teams received three-digit numerical clues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using concepts of Permutation and Combination, participants were required to arrange and analyze these digits to determine the correct sequence needed to unlock a lock. Each successful unlock allowed the teams to progress further in the competition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event combined mathematics, strategy, and time management, creating a highly engaging and competitive environment. Through collaboration and critical thinking, participants demonstrated their ability to apply mathematical concepts in a practical and enjoyable way. The event was well received and successfully promoted analytical thinking, teamwork, and innovation among students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives of the Ceremony:<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Break Out The Code event aimed to achieve several important objectives: Objectives of the Ceremony: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. To enhance students’ logical reasoning and analytical thinking abilities through challenging mathematical puzzles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. To promote the practical application of Permutation and Combination concepts in a fun and interactive environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. To develop problem-solving skills by encouraging participants to think critically under time constraints. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. To foster teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication among students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. To improve decision-making and strategic planning skills while solving station-based challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. To strengthen students’ confidence in applying mathematical concepts to real-world problem-solving scenarios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event concluded on a high note, successfully fostering teamwork, logical reasoning, and mathematical thinking among participants while demonstrating how STEM concepts can be applied in an engaging and interactive manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
