Job Description: To provide administrative service and technical assistance to the staff as well as other stakeholders. Assist in strengthening the instructional programs of the College through a strategically planned, standards-based approach with a focus on narrowing achievement gaps. To oversee the design and development of the curriculum, and deliver a range of teaching programs for New Horizon students; in order to ensure teaching within the quality assurance framework of the Institution. To lead the development and implementation of the Institution’s research strategy and co-ordinate research activity within the specific subject area. This position will provide leadership in the areas of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and planning.

The ideal candidates should possess:

  • Doctoral Degree
  • Minimum 15 years of experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Autonomous college experience preferred

Candidates with educational qualifications in any of the circuit branches are preferred.

Head of the Department

Job Description: The prime role of the Head of an Academic Department is to provide strong academic leadership. The Head of Department is required to lead, manage, and develop the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities. To oversee the design and development of the curriculum, and deliver a range of programs of teaching to New Horizon students, in order to ensure teaching within the quality assurance framework of the Institution. To lead the development and implementation of the Institution’s research strategy and co-ordinate research activity within the specific subject area.

Job Description: Assessment of teaching & non-teaching staff at different institutions(schools and colleges) by going through Work diaries, Lesson plans & Worksheets etc.
The ideal Candidate would be:

  • Preferably from engineering background with minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of Learning & Development
  • Good communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Preferably certified in education psychology
  • Computer skills- MS-Office suit

Lab Instructors

BE / Diploma in Computer Application / Computer Science with minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field.

Residential Staff Nurse

Female candidate with Diploma in Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing with 3 years of relevant experience and willing to stay on campus.
