INTERNATIONAL TRIP 2018
This year the College international trip was organised from 25th to 30th January,2018 by Global Express to France,Belgium,Germany and Netherlands. Students from NHCM and NHCK (BBA, BCOM and BCA) visited. It was a great tour as one explored the beautiful places of different cultures, art and history, food and museums.
The trip started with a visit to the Paris where students were taken on a city tour in the afternoon and visited the Eiffel Tower in the late evening as one got to view the beautiful city with full of lights. The next day, we travelled to Brussels, captured a few photographs at Atomium and then visited Tin Tin Museum followed by orientation tour and spent a good evening tasting the Belgium chocolates, waffles and shopping. The next morning, we travelled to Cologne, after lunch proceeded for sightseeing visited Cologne Cathedral, museum and guided city tour. On the fourth day, we travelled to Amsterdam visited the cheese factory and wooden shoe factory - situated in a rural setting, Henri WilligCheesefarm stores offered a refined range of cheese specialities and also has the original cheese making tools on display. The wooden shoe factory offered the tourists an interesting demonstration of wooden shoe making and a large selection of wooden shoe could be admired. The day was ended with guided city tour. The next day we travelled to Bremen – home to world’s largest Mercedes production factory which was a part of the industrial visit where the students could take a look at the different models of cars, and were taken on a guided tour of Mercedes-Benz plant which revealed how the vehicles are manufactured and what makes the brand so special. It provided an opportunity for students to look behind the scenes at one of the most modern automative factories in the world. And the day came to an end as we travelled back to Amsterdam for an overnight stay. Next morning, after breakfast departed from AmsterdamAirport to Bangalore and the Tour ended!!
It was a great experience and exposure to students to learn and explore the different countries.
